Douglas Skills Trust is a community-focused initiative supporting disadvantaged adults, NEETs, and ethnic minorities. We aim to provide practical training, life skills, mentoring, and mental health support to help individuals explore meaningful careers—particularly in the construction industry.
We are actively developing our programs and planning to apply for official charity status in the future. Our goal is to offer accessible training and holistic support that builds confidence, develops skills, and promotes long-term stability for our participants.
